Winter Camp
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday, Thursday, & Friday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday (Christmas Eve & New Years Eve): 7 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Wednesday (Christmas Day & New Years Day): CLOSED
Parents/Guardians requiring assistance with online registrations may call our School Age Services staff for online enrollment instructions @ 417-781-9622.

- Current Working Phone Numbers
- Primary & Secondary Parent/Guardian Information
- 2 Emergency Contacts
Use your back arrow button when available during the enrollment process instead of “X.”
Please Note: Registrations will not be considered complete without the Documents listed below:
- The Medication Authorization Form (To be completed by parent/guardian)
- Required fields must be completed:
- Child’s Name, Parent/Guardian Signature, and Date
- If your child is not on any medication, please type “No Meds”
- Required fields must be completed:
- The School-Age Child Health Report (To be completed by parent/guardian)
- If applicable: Child’s IEP or Specialized Care Plan
